Hostess - Trackman (F&B Background Required)

Position Overview:
As a Hostess - Trackman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests visiting our resort. Your primary role will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and assist in ensuring smooth operations in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception
• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival at Trackman.
• Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about menu options, specials, and any other relevant details.
• Escort guests to their designated tables, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Reservation Management
• Receive and confirm reservations via phone, email, or online booking platforms.
• Maintain an organized reservation system, accurately recording guest information, seating preferences, and special requests.
• Manage seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turnover and maximizing occupancy while adhering to capacity restrictions.
Customer Relations
• Build rapport with guests and cultivate positive relationships to enhance their overall experience.
• Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their dining experience.
Collaboration
• Work closely with restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to coordinate table assignments and ensure seamless service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to relay guest preferences, special requests, and any relevant information.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and assisting with general cleanliness as needed.
Upselling and Promotion:
• Promote special menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotional events to guests, encouraging participation and upselling where appropriate.
• Provide recommendations and guidance to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions, helping them make informed decisions.
